1985 Martin House
In 1969, German House, which was located on 528 St. George Street, was renamed Martin House, in honor of William E. Martin, Class of 1871, College Librarian , 1894 to 1922, and Professor of Logic and Sociology, 1894 to 1923, whose home it had once been. From 1980 to 1983, Martin House served as housing for students interested in Judaic Studies. In 1985, both men and women lived here.
