Type Locality:Somalia, "Gelib".
Distribution:S Somalia.
Status:IUCN – Vulnerable.
Comments:Species confined to the Horn of Africa; apparently related to fulvastra and hirta, with which greenwoodi shares the same karyotype (2n = 50, FN = 66) (Schlitter et al., 1999).
