Formerly included dicei; revised by Diersing (1981). Two different karyotypes reported, by Guerena-Gandara et al. (1983) (2n=36; FN=68) and by Lorenzo and Cervantes (1995) (2n=40; FN=76). Allozymes described by Cervantes et al. (1999a). |
