you need for viewing KOI8 sites may be found here. To view Windows 1251 sites, install 'International Language Support' in Windows from your Windows system disk by using the 'Windows Setup' by clicking the Install / Remove Programs icon in Control Panel with your Windows 95/98 disk in the CD drive. Double click 'International Language Support' and choose 'Cyrillic'. When your computer restarts, return to 'Control Panel' and choose 'Keyboards' and 'Add'. Choose 'Russian' and you will have a standard Russian Cyrillic keyboard when you push 'cntl+shift'.
