Common Name:Telford's Shrew
Type Locality:Tanzania, Uluguru Mtns, Morningside, 1150 m.
Distribution:Uluguru and Udzungwa Mtns, in montane forest.
Status:IUCN – Critically Endangered CR B1+2c.
Comments:Part of the endemic fauna of the Eastern Arc Mountains in Tanzania. Stanley et al. (2000b) reported this species also from the Udzungwa Mtns.
