Type Locality:Unknown; possibly Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Distribution:Brazil.
Status:IUCN – Lower Risk (lc).
Comments:Paula Couto (1950:232) considered flavidens synonymous with spixii, but see Cabrera (1961:573) who believed both to be distinct species and discussed the type locality.
