Type Locality:Unknown. Restricted by Mearns (1896:444) to Santa Cruz Valley at the Mexican boundary, Santa Cruz Co., Arizona [USA].
Distribution:Arizona to SW New Mexico (USA) and adjoining Sonora, Mexico.
Status:IUCN – Lower Risk (lc).
