Groves (1993) changed the form of the name to azarai in accordance with Art. 31 of the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature (International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature, 1985d), but D. Brandon-Jones (pers. comm.) pointed out that Art. 31.1.3 recommends that the original spelling be preserved. |
