Common Name:Kinabalu Shrew
Type Locality:Sabah, Mt. Kinabalu.
Distribution:High altitudes (ca. 1600-3700 m) of Gunung Kinabalu, Sabah; perhaps also Sarawak.
Comments:Regarded a distinct species by Corbet and Hill (1992) and Ruedi (1995). Replaced at lower altitudes by C. foetida.
