(1986) and Sullivan and Best (1997a). Reviewed, in part, by Best (1978, 1983a) and Lackey (1967); see also Hall (1981:1179). Sullivan and Best (1997) and Williams et al. (1993) each listed two valid subspecies, with synonyms. |
