SUBFAMILY Callicebinae

Author:Pocock, 1925.
Citation:Proc. Zool. Soc. Lond., 1925: 45.
Comments:Regarded as a full family by Groves (1989), but its affinities with Pitheciinae were emphasised by Horovitz et al. (1998). McKenna and Bell (1997) placed it as a tribe Callicebini in subfamily Cebinae, separating it from Pitheciinae.
