Type Locality:Australia, New South Wales.
Distribution:Australia: SE Queensland, E New South Wales, SE South Australia, and Victoria. Introduced on Kangaroo Isl, South Australia and at Yanchep, Western Australia.
Status:U.S. ESA – Threatened; IUCN – Lower Risk (nt). Vulnerable.
Comments:Subspecies are uncertain.
