Two-act play with music.
First production: Vivian Beaumont Th., Lincoln Center, New York, 12 Mar. 1970 (dir. Michael A. Schultz). The play was due to be staged at Yale in early 1969, but Shepard withdrew rights after protests over the portrayal of black revolutionaries.
