Spring Break to Yuma, Arizona! |
| Its springtime, when everyone's thoughts turns to.......Geology, of course! During Bucknell's Spring Break, when everyone else is off to the southeast U.S. or beyond, the Geology Department likes to head west. Last year we offered a trip to Yuma, Arizona, near the border with Mexico. On trips like this, students and faculty have the opportunity to study in a totally different geologic and cultural setting than is possible during the regular school year. A lot is learned, and it is always a lot of fun! |
