Child (children) of school age
In Article XIV of the Public School Code," School Health Services", a child of school age is defined as a child who attends or should attend a public or private elementary grade or high school in the Commonwealth, including a child who attends a kindergarten that is an integral part of the local school district. Health services that are to be provided to children of school age are described in 24 PS § 14-1402.
