Teacher Certification Law
The Teacher Certification Law, which was passed by the General Assembly in 1973, Act 141 of 1973 (P.L. 397), was located at 24 P.S. §§ 12-1251 to 12-1268, which was renumbered as 24 P.S. §§ 2070.1 to 2070.18 in 1994. This act which has been amended several times, established the Professional Standards and Practices Commission.
