24 PS 20-2070.16 Reinstatement
Any professional educator whose certificate has been suspended
or revoked may apply to the commission for an order lifting the
suspension or reinstating the certificate. The commission shall
seek and consider recommendations from the department prior to
ordering the lifting of the suspension or reinstatement of the
certificate and shall conduct hearings on the application at the
request of the professional educator in accordance with procedures
of this act.
