1988 ROTC Review
This photograph was taken at the Award Ceremony and Pass in Review, which was held on the soccor field next to Davis Gymnasium. On the platform are Bucknell President Gary Sojka, Major General Goss, and Andrea Stahl, the Cadet Batallion Commander. The review platform was on the edge of the athletic field just below the slope between the field and the road next to the Lewisburg Cemetery that went from South Seventh Street (not visible but to the right) to the back of the gymnasium (not visible but to the left). There were several bleechers at the top of the slope for spectators at athletic events, some of which are visible at the right of the photograph. At the upper left is one of the poles that supported flood lights, which were used for night athletic contests.
