1985 Carnegie Building
In 1971, the Bucknell Bookstore, which had been located on the first floor, moved to the newly constructed University Center in August. In 1972, the building was renovated with new offices for the Placement Office and the Geology and Geography departments. A classroom/lab replaced the Bookstore, and a 75-seat classroom was built on the second floor. Air conditioning was installed in the building. WVBU, which had moved into Carnegie in 1963, continued to be housed in the basement.
