1955 Davis "Front"
This photograph was taken during the construction of the new "Front" of Davis Gymnasium, which was completed in 1955. The original blueprint for this addition had been drawn in March, 1938. One of the original two stairwells at the front of the gymnasium can be seen jutting out from the gym. Beyond the stairwell is the newly constructed pool.
