1945 Larison Underpass
The underpass beneath the passageway connecting the Women's Dining Hall to Larison Hall is the the dark rectangle in the lower right in this photograph. A road ran through the underpass, connecting St. George Street with Loomis Street. In this underpass were entrances to the storage areas under the dining hall ( to the left ) and to the basement of Larison ( to the right ). The kitchen of the dining hall could be reached by a stairway from the basement of Larison Hall.
