This photograph of a football game on the athletic field appeared in the 1920 L 'Agenda .The field is surrounded by cars and spectators. Spectators are seated on the slope of the college hill at the left in the photograph. Loomis Street is at the rear of the photograph, behind the standing fans; Tustin Gym is at the right ( not visible in the photo ). Sometimes a passing train would provide some additional excitement during an athletic contest on the field.

The 1915 football team had a record of 2-6-3. Bucknell defeated Bloomsburg State Normal School and Gettysburg, but lost to Syracuse, Swarthmore, Cornell, Muhlenburg, Navy and Lebanon Valley. The ties were with Susquehanna (0-0), Carlisle (0-0) and New York University (3-3).
