On October 2, Bucknell played the University of Pennsylvania on Franklin Field in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania won the contest 40-0. Bucknell played the next two games on the athletic field on the Bucknell campus, defeating Franklin & Marshall (24-0) on October 9 and Wyoming Seminary (24-0) on October 13. On October 19, Bucknell defeated Gettsyburg (50-0) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Bucknell lost to Penn State (0-16) in the game played at Williamsport on October 26. After defeating the Carlisle Indians (18-4) on the athletic field on the Bucknell campus on November 16, Bucknell ended the season by winning the game played at Sunbury against Dickinson on Novermber 28.
