RULES:

Follow "Fourth Tone Spelling with Initials", but
If i, u, in or ing is alone, add y or w at the beginning of the syllable.
Medial vewol starting with i, u or iu, replace i, u or iu with y, w or yu.

EXAMPLE:

First Tone: a, iang, uo, i.
Fourth Tone: ah, yanq, woh, yih.
