Common Name:Risso’s Dolphin
Type Locality:France, Finistere, "envoyé de Brest".
Distribution:Worldwide: temperate to tropical waters.
Status:CITES – Appendix II; IUCN – Data Deficient.
Comments:Corbet and Hill (1980:110) included rectipinna in this species but it belongs in Orcinus orca.
