Common Name:Tibetan Gazelle
Type Locality:"Habitat: the plains of Tibet, amid ravines and low bare hills", restricted to China, "Hundes district of Tibet" (Lydekker, 1914b:31) "but more likely the district north of Sikkim, where most of Hodgson's specimens were obtained after 1844" (Groves, 1967a:148).
Distribution:China (Gansu, Sichuan, Tibetan Plateau including Qinghai) and India (Ladak and seasonally in Sikkim).
Status:IUCN – Least Concern.
