Common Name:Gracile Shrew Mole
Type Locality:China, Sichuan, near Nan-chwan (Nanchuan), Mt. Chin-fu-san (Jingfu Shan).
Distribution:Sichuan and Yunnan (China) and N Burma.
Status:IUCN – Lower Risk (lc).
Comments:Type species of Nasillus. Formerly included in soricipes; but see Hoffmann (1984). The shrew-like humerus was figured by Storch and Dahlmann (2000).
