Common Name:Montane Mouse Shrew
Type Locality:Uganda, Ruwenzori East, Mubuku Valley, 10,000 ft. (3048 m).
Distribution:Montane forest at Mt. Ruwenzori (Uganda, Dem. Rep. Congo).
Status:IUCN – Vulnerable.
Comments:Does not occur together with babaulti in the Bwindi Impenetrable NP, Uganda, as suggested by Kasangaki et al. (2003).
