Common Name:Grasse's Shrew
Type Locality:Gabon, Belinga.
Distribution:Recorded from high forest regions in Gabon, Central African Republic, Cameroon, and Equatorial Guinea (Goodman et al., 2001a; Heim de Balsac, 1968c; Lasso et al., 1996).
Status:IUCN – Lower Risk (lc).
Comments:A large and distinctly gray shrew, related to the maurisca-littoralis group (Querouil et al., In Press).
