Common Name:Ucucha Thomasomys
Type Locality:Ecuador, Napo Prov., valley of Río Papallacta, about 3-5 km (by trail) NNW Papallacta, 11,100 ft (3384 m).
Distribution:Crest of Cordillera Oriental, 3350-3700 m, NC Ecuador (Napo and Pichincha Provs.).
Comments:A medium-sized species with procumbent incisors contrasted principally with T. hylophilus (Voss, 2003).
