Common Name:Plains Pocket Mouse
Type Locality:USA, Nebraska, Cherry Co., Kennedy.
Distribution:Great Plains and intermountain basins from Minnesota and N Utah (USA) to N Chihuahua (Mexico).
Status:IUCN – Lower Risk (lc).
Comments:Reviewed by Williams (1978b). Hoffmeister (1986) considered apache a distinct species. Subspecies reviewed by Williams et al. (1993).
