Common Name:Bornean Orangutan
Type Locality:Indonesia, Kalimantan, Landak River.
Distribution:Borneo, except the southeast.
Status:CITES – Appendix I; U.S. ESA and IUCN – Endangered as P. pygmaeus, P. p. pygmaeus, and P. p. wurmbii.
