Common Name:Cinereous Ringtail
Type Locality:Australia, Queensland, Mt. Spurgeon.
Distribution:North Queensland, tablelands from Mt. Carbine north to Thornton Peak.
Status:IUCN – Lower Risk (nt). Localized but not uncommon.
Comments:Separated from P. herbertensis, and perhaps not even a sister species, by Kirsch et al. (1997).
