Common Name:Roosevelt Muntjac
Type Locality:"Muong Yo, Laos. Altitude 2,300 feet [701 m]."
Distribution:Known from the type locality, ca. 3130'N, 10200'E. Recently recorded from the Annamite Mtns in N Laos at 1949'N, 10345'E and observed in captivity at Lak Sao, N Laos, 1820'N, 10600'E (Amato et al., 1999).
Status:IUCN Data Deficient as M. feae rooseveltorum.
Comments:Included in M. feae by Groves and Grubb (1990) but now known to differ.
