Distribution:Dem. Rep. Congo north and east of Congo-Lualaba system, Rwanda, W Uganda, Central African Republic.
Status:CITES – Appendix II.
Comments:C. mona species group. Included in C. wolfi by Dandelot (1974:25); provisionally separated by Groves (2001c).
