Common Name:Woolley's False Antechinus
Type Locality:Australia, Western Australia, near Newligunn bore, 10 km from Errabiddy Homestead, 2533'00"S, 11708'00"E.
Distribution:Western Australia: Pilbara region and further south - between ca. 20 and 30S, 115 and 123E (see Cooper et al., 2000b:Fig. 12).
Status:IUCN Lower Risk (lc).
Comments:Cooper et al. (2000) admitted that the inclusion of this species (and that of P. bilarni) in Pseudantechinus might make the genus paraphyletic.
