Common Name:Andean White-eared Opossum
Type Locality:Perú, Puno, "Juliaca;" corrected to "Inca Mines" (= Santo Domingo) by J. A. Allen (1901).
Distribution:Andes of Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Perú, and Bolivia.
Comments:Previously in albiventris (see Gardner, 1993); revised by Lemos and Cerqueira (2002).
