Common Name:Gold-and-white Marmoset
Type Locality:Brazil, Borba, lower Rio Madeira.
Distribution:Between the Aripuanã-Madeira and Canuma-Uraria, south to about 8°S, north to the Amazon (Brazil).
Status:CITES – Appendix II; IUCN – Data Deficient as Mico chrysoleucus.
Comments:Subgenus Mico. Recognized as a full species by Coimbra-Filho (1990).
