African Studies Minor Page

 The interdepartmental African studies minor will consist of five 
 courses chosen from the list below, of which not more than two may 
 be taken from any one department. If possible, at least one course
 should be related to the student's major. One course dealing with 
 traditional society or history (indicated by *) is required. In 
 consultation with the coordinators of the minor, students may 
 include an African-related course from the African American or 
 Caribbean studies list. There are no prerequisites for the courses
 on the African studies minor list.  If you want a brief course
